How long does delivery take? 

3 – 5 business days.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in North Carolina using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your package has been prepared for shipment, you will receive an email with the details of your shipment and your tracking number.

How much do I pay for shipping? 

Shipping is free for all orders with a value of $35 or more. If your order is less than $35, a shipping charge of $3.99 will be added to your order.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all 50 states and can ship to PO, APO and FPO addresses.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your package has been prepared for shipment, you will receive an email with the details of your shipment and your tracking number via United States Postal Service.

I made a mistake in my order, how can I change it?

If a change is necessary, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you.



Which payment methods do you offer?

There are several payment options available on our site. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

Do I have to pay sales tax? 

We only charge sales tax for purchases made within the states of North Carolina. Sales tax is charged on the order total and includes product and shipping charges.



Can I return or exchange the products I have ordered?

You have the right to exchange or return for a full refund if you are ever dissatisfied. No questions asked.

When you return or exchange an item, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will exchange your item or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. However, you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.

We do not take responsibility for any item(s) lost during the return shipping.

How do I return my order?

May I return items I purchased from a retail store with 

No, currently any products purchased from a retail store should be returned at the retail store where it was purchased.

What happens if I get damaged or wrongly packaged products?

Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged item(s), please contact us through the contact form and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake. You will be provided with new products or a refund, depending on your preference.

What’s the best way to keep the product lasting for as long as possible?

We work hard to ensure that our products are of the highest quality possible. However, the life span can vary depending on the care and handling of your trimfit product.

For all of our products, we recommend a washing temperature of 104 degrees Fahrenheit / 40 degrees Celsius, turning them inside out and avoid bleaching and ironing.

Even though our products are durable, they will last longer if they are kept out of the tumble dryer.



When I click on the “place order” button nothing happens? What can I do?

Please try to clear the cookies in your browser before you place the order.

I have placed an order but I haven’t received a confirmation email. What does this mean? 

Please check your spam folder since the confirmation email might be mistaken as junk mail and end up in there.

The order confirmation should be sent right away, but delays can happen. If you have not received anything after 12 hours, please contact us.
